Welcome to PRINTMONEY. The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to PRINTMONEY (operating under the domain https://printmoney.in). By accessing our website, browsing our catalog, placing an order, or interacting with our concierge services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms") along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns and Exchanges Policy.

1. OVERVIEW & ELIGIBILITY
• By using this website, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.
• You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, billing, and account information for all transactions conducted on our store.
• We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders to anyone for any legitimate reason at our sole discretion, including suspected unauthorized or commercial resale.

2. SMALL-BATCH PRODUCTION & PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
• All PRINTMONEY garments are produced in curated, limited small-batch quantities to preserve craftsmanship and fabric integrity.
• We have made every effort to display garment colors, textures, and silhouettes as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your screen display calibration.
• Product availability is not guaranteed until order confirmation. We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue styles, or limit purchase quantities without prior notice.

3. PRICING, PAYMENTS & TAXES
• All prices on the website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST), unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Payment must be completed via our certified secure payment gateways (Razorpay, UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking) or verified Cash on Delivery (COD).
• In the event of a typographical pricing error or inventory glitch, PRINTMONEY reserves the right to cancel any affected order and issue an immediate 100% refund.

4. ORDER CANCELLATIONS & TRANSACTION CHARGES
• Pre-Dispatch Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled prior to dispatch and handover to courier logistics by contacting our concierge helpline.
• Non-Refundable Cancellation Fee: A fee of ₹99 is deducted from all approved pre-dispatch cancellations to cover payment gateway interchange charges, payment reversal fees, and packaging reversal operations.
• Refund Timeline: The net refund will be returned to the original payment source within 5–7 business days.
• Post-Dispatch: Once an order has been assigned an Air Waybill (AWB) tracking number or handed to the courier, it cannot be cancelled and must follow our standard return guidelines upon delivery.

5. SIZING, RETURNS & EXCHANGES INTEGRATION
• All purchases are subject to our official "Returns and Exchanges_policy".
• Sizing is strictly governed by our published size charts (measurements in inches). We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for size mismatches or wrong size selection.
• Returns are strictly restricted to defective, torn, or incorrectly shipped garments, and require a mandatory, continuous, unedited unboxing video.
• An approved return is subject to free return pickup and a 10% restocking fee deducted from the final refund to cover reverse logistics inspection, quality verification, and inventory re-processing.

6. SHIPPING & CARRIER LIABILITY
• Delivery timelines (typically 2–3 business days for metros, 3–5 business days pan-India) are estimates provided in good faith.
• All domestic shipments are 100% insured against loss or transit damage. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon verified doorstep delivery by the carrier.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
• The PRINTMONEY name, logo, monogram, website code, editorial content, lookbooks, product photography, typography, and architectural garment blueprints (including our proprietary Riviera anti-curl collar design) are the exclusive intellectual property of PRINTMONEY.
• You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, scrape, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any portion of our platform or brand assets without prior written consent.

8. PROHIBITED USES
You are prohibited from using the site or its content:
• For any unlawful purpose or solicitation of others to perform unlawful acts.
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the rights of others.
• To upload viruses, malicious scripts, or attempt unauthorized access to server infrastructure.
• To submit false, fraudulent, or misleading order information.

9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
• The platform and all garments are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without express warranties beyond statutory consumer guarantees.
• In no event shall PRINTMONEY, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or purchased products.
• Our total liability for any claim arising out of a purchase shall not exceed the purchase amount paid for the specific item in dispute.

10. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PRINTMONEY and its directors, agents, and contractors from any claim, demand, or damages (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or violation of applicable law.

11. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or store transactions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
