Welcome to PRINTMONEY (printmoney.in). By accessing our website, purchasing our garments, or utilizing our concierge services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Small-Batch Availability & Pricing

Our garments are produced in curated small-batch runs. We reserve the right to limit order quantities and update prices without prior notice. In the rare event of an unforeseen inventory or pricing error, PRINTMONEY reserves the right to cancel the order and provide an immediate full refund.

2. Order Cancellations & ₹99 Transaction Fee

Orders may be cancelled prior to courier dispatch by contacting our concierge helpline. A non-refundable charge of ₹99 is deducted from the refund to cover payment gateway transaction processing charges, payment reversal fees, and administrative handling operations. The balance is refunded to the original payment source within 5–7 business days. Dispatched orders cannot be cancelled and must follow our standard return policy.

3. Sizing & Return Policy Integration

All sales are subject to our Returns and Exchanges policy. Customers must consult the size chart before placing an order. Returns or exchanges are not permitted for size mismatches.

4. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, garment silhouettes, architectural collar patterns, photographic assets, typography, and site content are the exclusive intellectual property of PRINTMONEY. Commercial reproduction or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
